Recently we received information that the preserved F-104G 7424 in the town of Tripolis (Arkadias) has been taken away by the Hellenic Air Force. We knew it had
not been treated well sadly by the local community and so the Air Force decided to take it on January 26th last year (2012) and transfer it to Tripolis AFB where it can be found nowadays some 350m North of the apron with the static exhibits. (See preserved section for exact location).
