F-104J and F-104DJ Starfighters and their ACM participations

On this page an overview of all the events in which Starfighters played their own roles in Japan during the famous colorful ACM meets. Most of these meets have been held during Autumn every year starting with 1979. Starfighters participated until 1984. Beneath an overview of all the known Starfighters during these meets all carrying exotic colorschemes.
This use of specific
colorschemes during the ACM exercises have been initiated late 70s by 6th Koukuudan
Hikougun commander, Colonel (then Captain) Nishigaki Yoshi.
