F-104 : One of the first released VIDEO movies regarding the history of the F-104 Starfighter. In total 55 minutes of pure information with historical pieces of film. Still available in various shops for around 17 to 18 euro excluding postage.

X-15 (1961)
Inside the movie "X-15" actors like Charles Bronson, James Gregory and David McLean can be found around the X-15 rocket aircraft project. In the movie some Starfighter can be seen in real life from Edwards as chaseplanes. All with the nice dayglow painted body parts. Also F-104B FG-719 can be seen taxying on a certain moment.

Night at the museum - Battle of the Smithsonian (2009)
Inside this move there is a certain moment that an actor is entering the Smithsonian Museum in Washington DC. At least it should give the attention but in the main hall you can clearly see a two-seater Starfighter with serial FG-294 and markings of the commander of 479TFW George AFB (late 50s). To find out more about this Starfighter Mark Wassenaar contacted the Smithsonian museum. This Starfighter plays also a certain role in the movie.
