It is known from one aircraft that it has been build up using different parts from other Starfighters around static airframe c/n 2051 manufactured by Lockheed. This Starfighter known as N-104RB Red Baron became famous late 70s for breaking speedrecords, flown by its owner (See more inside section Civil F-104s)
