It crashed in Sangyi after an engine failure. Pilot Chen Hsiao-Ming ejected safely.

F-104G 62-12255 with code 4305 taken late sixties when the Starfighter still carried the nice blue-white striped rudders. Photos of this Starfighter are very rare.
