Accident Reports:

2 March 1977 (RF-104G)

While landing together with RF-104G "5640" under very bad weather conditions this Starfighter crashed on the North end of the runway of Tao Yuan Air Base. Sadly pilot, Fu Chi-Ping was killed just as his collegue pilot inside "5640".
