61-2619
This photo shows the 61-2619 soon after it was parked inside the Yesilkoy Aviation Museum, in 1987. On the tail the code "12619" has been written to replace the "8223" which was found on the tail when it arrived at the museum. It still has its white nose radome.
61-2619
In 1998, the aircraft had been facing the outside weather for at least 11 years and it shows a lot of damages to the paint. It would take another year before it was restorated completely. Note that in between the aircraft had received a black nose radome..
61-2619
Currently the aircraft shows its typical early 60s colorscheme with the old Turkish square insignias. Although the font of the serial is not 100% accurate, the aircraft looks pretty good. This photo was taken in April 2005.
