Note: Some believe this particular Starfighter was already lost in an accident on 22 July 1970 but reports showed that this aircraft was seen lots of times afterwards, also with code "4-611" (last noted April 1987) . It was phased out and seen stored (wfu) for the first time and last time in March 1989.
