Accident Reports:

15 May 1971 (F-104G)

This Starfighter disintegrated during an ACM flight (dogfight) against two F-5 aircraft. Pilot Wang Fa Shun was killed. (Note: His brother Wang Ji-Yao was killed in F-104A 4207. The cause was G-overstressing the airframe. The aircraft exploded and disintegrated. The aircraft, which belonged to 28th TFS, crashed into the sea, 35 NM North of Peng Hu.
