Note: In August 1968 it was noticed for the last time in light grey color scheme, soon after it was seen with SEA camouflage paint and serial "12269" on its tail.

Accident Reports:

20 December 1973 (TF-104G)
This Starfighter crashed into the sea during a low-altitude (50'ASL) radar test mission (testing the air defense radars). Both pilots Col. Wang Chen-Li (Operations Officer) and Maj Wang Dan-Ja (Safety Officer) were sadly killed..
